“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
These verses stuck out to me immediately. Often in the bad situations our first reaction is to be all down and depressed. But Paul says to do the opposite. And not just in the bad situations but in all situations. Rejoicing always, giving thanks to God in everything. This is so important.
